We understand that the fires had a devastating impact on many of our communities and we anticipate many consumers have lost everything. As Open Enrollment nears, we thought it would be helpful for you to have some information about where consumers can get the replacement documents they need for Covered California enrollment/renewals. Most of the information below can be found at the Covered California website, and at the RCHC website. The RCHC website is updated regularly to include resources for people impacted by the fires.

For residents who are affected by mandatory evacuations and are unable to retrieve their mail, a couple of options are available through USPS's website. The first is a Temporary Mail Hold that will enable you to hold your mail from delivery for a specific amount of time and at the end of the time specified, mail wil be delivered to your residence or you have the option to pick it up directly from a USPS branch.
The second choice available would be a Change of Address which will redirect your mail to a different address on a temporary basis. You can complete a Change of Address form online. See for more information: here for more information.
